Fair warning. I’m an accountability coach.
So, it might seem a little biased for me to tackle this question.
But I’d still like to take a crack at it because I feel I’m in a unique position to honestly discuss whether accountability coaching is worth it.
You see, not only have I worked with hundreds of clients over the years as a seasoned accountability coach, but I also use accountability coaching for myself.
That makes me both a coach and a client.
And this allows me to comment better than most people about whether accountability coaching is worth it or not.
Is Accountability Coaching Worth It?
To answer this question you first have to believe that accountability coaching actually works.
And you have to believe that you will receive the benefits and results that accountability coaching promises.
The main benefits are: Overcoming procrastination, increasing your productivity and making massive progress on your goals, to name a few.
And there are a few ways that you can determine if accountability coaching actually works.
#1 – Accountability Coaching Testimonials
The first way to see if accountability coaching works is to review the testimonials from accountability coaching clients and see what they have to say about it.
Straight from the horse’s mouth, as they say.
#2 – Accountability Coaching Studies
Secondly, the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) recently conducted a study on accountability, and the results speak for themselves.
- You have a 65% chance of reaching a goal if you have an accountability partner.
- And a 95% chance when you establish an ongoing appointment with your accountability partner.
Now if that doesn’t answer the question of whether accountability coaching is worth it, then there’s only one other way to do so.
#3 – Try Accountability Coaching for Yourself
The best way to see if accountability coaching works is to simply try it for yourself.
Many coaches offer free consultations, which will allow you to see if accountability coaching is right for you.
I offer prospective clients a free 30-minute call, so that they can get a real taste of what accountability coaching is all about before committing to any kind of program.
If you’re interested, you can schedule a call for a time that works best for you or contact me with any questions you may have.
Is Accountability Coaching Worth It for You?
The next question that you have to ask yourself is: Do I want the benefits of accountability coaching badly enough to pay for them?
You see, accountability coaching is an investment.
And the return on your investment are the benefits you receive.
The Benefits of Accountability Coaching
When you work with an experienced accountability coach, you’ll soon notice that your work ethic improves as you elevate your professional performance.
You’ll become more disciplined, organized and driven, and this will allow you to overcome procrastination and other time-wasting distractions.
And so, you have to decide for yourself if you want to bring these, and other benefits of accountability coaching, into your life.
Try Accountability Coaching With a Free Consultation
