You gotta love ’em. They take risks; they seek to solve our problems; they love to learn; and their energy is infectious.
And those are just some of the reasons why I get excited when an entrepreneur signs up for accountability coaching or books a free consultation.
And here are a few more reasons why I love coaching entrepreneurs.
We’re Cut From the Same Cloth
I get a lot of satisfaction from coaching entrepreneurs because we usually share similar values. We place a high value on personal development; we love solving problems; and we’re driven to make something “new” and share it with the world.
Essentially, we speak the same language.
I’m an entrepreneur myself, and so I understand the struggles and challenges that an entrepreneur faces; the distractions when working from home; staying motivated over the long term and the tireless work of marketing a product or service.
And so, when an entrepreneur takes me on as their accountability coach, I get excited to speak with someone who is like-minded, and I look forward to sharing with them the tools and support that they need.
Entrepreneurs Thrive with Accountability Coaching
As an accountability coach, nothing gives me greater satisfaction than seeing my clients thrive and succeed with the accountability coaching program.
I gotta say, it’s immensely rewarding.
And from what I’ve seen over the years, my entrepreneurial clients really thrive with the coaching program.
In part, it’s because they highly value accountability coaching and see it as an investment, but it’s also because of their specific personality type.
That insatiable drive to improve and grow and learn, and their willingness to commit to taking action.
I go a bit deeper into this subject here, and explain 5 reasons why entrepreneurs thrive with accountability coaching.
It’s My Jam
If you’ll allow me to toot my own horn for just a moment, I would say that my business background makes me an extremely suitable mentor for entrepreneurs.
Like I said, we speak the same language.
And so, I thoroughly enjoy brainstorming with entrepreneurs, asking them solution-oriented questions and helping them work through their business dilemmas.
This kind of collaborative effort brings out the best in me and taps a deep energy source that has me constantly thinking of ways to help my entrepreneurial clients.
It’s no joke… Sometimes, I’ll be standing there brushing my teeth and thinking about a idea to mention to one of my entrepreneurial clients to help them with one of the business goals or challenges they’ve been working on.
I really enjoy this type of collaborative effort and seeing my clients continue to move forward with their business.
