Online accountability coaching differs from other types of coaching in a couple of key ways.

Let’s take a closer look, shall we?

Online Accountability Coaching Focuses on Taking Action

Accountability coaching is a system designed to help you achieve your goals through consistent action.

And so, we won’t just talk during your coaching sessions.

For sure, we’ll discuss your challenges and issues, but the goal will be to get to work right away to make sure you have everything in place to guide you from where you are now to the achievement of your goals.

What Does That Look Like?

The first step is to make sure you set clear goals for yourself.

This allows us to create an achievable Action Plan (road map) with all the steps laid out that you need to take to reach those goals.

And then the accountability part of the coaching kicks in.

I’ll personally check in with you by email and coaching calls to inspire and motivate you to honor the deadlines you set as well as to help you keep the commitments that you make to yourself.

This simple, but effective support system will drive you to keep taking action over time and to stay in “action mode“.

With Accountability Coaching, You Can Have Several Professional and Personal Goals

With accountability coaching, the goals you’re working towards can be both professional and personal.

How is this different from other types of coaching?

Well, business coaches normally focus only on professional goals, and life coaches usually work with personal goals.

But with accountability coaching, your goals can be a mix of both.

And in my experience, that’s a very good thing.

Because how you manage your personal life, your diet and lifestyle habits, for example, directly affects your professional performance.

Think of it this way:  Accountability coaching is the “big picture” all-encompassing coaching that can address several areas in your life that are important to you.

Your Habits Create Your Future

Central to the accountability coaching philosophy is the belief that the habits you cultivate will directly create the future life you’re going to live.

And so, we’ll identify any habits you may have that could be holding you back, and discuss new success habits that will help you achieve your goals.

But we don’t stop there.

We won’t just talk about the habits, we’ll keep track of them.

And, as you might have guessed, the coaching will hold you accountable by checking in on your progress so you can make real change in your life.

The Accountability Coaching System Is Simple and Effective

I won’t try to speak for other coaching systems, but I will speak for my own.  And I can assure you that there is nothing difficult nor complicated about the accountability coaching system.

That doesn’t mean it’s always easy to reach your goals, because success takes hard work and discipline, but the system itself is easy to follow.
