Not exactly.

I won’t try to force you or guilt you into doing anything.  That’s just not my style, and I don’t think it’s effective.

Instead, I focus on encouraging you, supporting you, advising you, offering potential solutions to your challenges and reminding you of your deadlines and commitments.

So, there is definitely a sense of obligation and accountability with our coaching work, but I keep things positive and solution-oriented.

And in this way, I will positively influence you to take action, as we bust through your challenges and blocks along the way.

Accountability Inspires Action

The accountability aspect of the program (the email check-ins, accountability coaching calls, habit-tracking and weekly reporting) will also inspire you to take action.

This is what makes the program so effective.

Final Words

I may challenge you from time to time to push yourself to achieve more than you think you can, but that’s just good coaching.

I’ll never try to force you or apply aggressive pressure.

And if you’d like, you can read on to see if accountability coaching is right for you.

Until next time,
